SHIPPING POLICY

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Boy Scout Store.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit the My Account tab and submit a request for returm, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE

Boy Scout Store.com does not accept returns of the following items:
  • Engraved Products
  • Customized Products

RECEIVING A REFUND

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. 

This time period includes:
  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in My Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.

EXCHANGES

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit My Account Tab to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through the My Account Tab (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting My Account Tab and accessing the relevant order summary.
